£3,000 is our starting point for a properly built, tested, and documented single-workflow build. Simpler automation can come in below this; more complex builds with multiple integrations will be higher. We always quote the specific scope and calculate the expected ROI so you can evaluate the return before committing.

What if something breaks after you've handed it over? +

All builds include 30 days of support post-go-live at no extra cost. If something breaks in that window, we fix it. After 30 days, you can either manage it yourself (we document everything clearly) or take out a retainer for ongoing support — from £300/month.

How is our data handled? +

We build using AI providers with Zero Data Retention policies — your data is never stored or used to train models after processing. All builds are GDPR-compliant and we can provide a data processing agreement on request.
