What it is

Not a lecture. A working session that produces something useful.

The AI Safety Workshop is a structured half-day engagement — remote or on-site — involving you, your relevant leadership, and your Rojaf compliance advisor. By the end of it, you have a clear picture of your regulatory position and a written plan for what to do about it.

Most clients tell us the workshop itself changes how they think about AI risk. The follow-up report gives them something they can actually act on — and something to show clients, insurers, and regulators if they ask.

FAQ

Common questions about the workshop.

Is this right for us if we're not sure whether we use AI? +
Yes — that's exactly the situation the workshop is designed for. Many businesses are using AI tools without realising it (ChatGPT for communications, AI-powered CRM features, third-party platforms with AI built in). The workshop maps everything and tells you which of it matters from a regulatory standpoint.
What if we only use off-the-shelf tools like ChatGPT or an AI screening platform? +
You still have obligations. Under the EU AI Act, "deployers" — businesses that use AI tools in a professional context — have their own requirements, separate from those of the tool's provider. Using someone else's AI in your hiring process still makes you responsible for certain transparency, oversight, and documentation obligations.
Can this be done remotely? +
Yes — the majority of our workshops are conducted remotely via video call. We typically ask you to circulate a short pre-workshop questionnaire so we can prepare the risk framework in advance, making the session more productive. On-site is available for an additional travel cost.
What happens after the workshop? +
You receive your written action plan within 24 hours and a follow-up call within two weeks. Many clients then proceed to a Compliance Assessment to get the full documentation package. Others find the workshop action plan is sufficient for their current level of AI use and return when their situation changes.
